Professional Adult Counselling
You don't have to face life's challenges alone. If you're wondering whether counselling may be right for you, I'd be happy to discuss your needs during a free initial consultation.
The Whole of You Is Welcome
We all experience times when life feels incredibly difficult. Sometimes we learn to hide parts of ourselves, push difficult feelings away or believe we need to cope alone.
I don't expect you to have all the answers, and you don't need to arrive feeling strong or put together. Whatever has brought you here, every thought, feeling and experience is welcome.
Together, we'll create a space where you can be yourself, explore what's happening for you and work towards a deeper understanding of your experiences, your strengths and the life you would like to build.
How I work
I am trained in an Integrative approach, which means I draw from a range of evidence-based counselling methods, ensuring your therapy is tailored specifically to you.
I will offer you a private and respectful space to talk about what is troubling you and in addition to this you can access creative mediums such as drawing, arts and crafts, music sand and play. This can be helpful if you struggle to express yourself through words alone.
I work with difficulties that are happening in the present day or experiences from your past that are affecting you and impacting how you live your life.
At your first appointment we will discuss what you would like to achieve from counselling and the difficulties that you are experiencing. This will be periodically reviewed to ensure that we are working to your goals and working towards the life that you want to live.
The choice is yours!
