I offer a free 25-minute online consultation for anyone considering counselling. This provides an opportunity to ask questions and explore whether counselling feels right for you.

Where are counselling sessions held?
Face-to-face counselling sessions take place in comfortable counselling rooms in Bexleyheath, Kent, making them easily accessible for clients across Bexley, South East London and the surrounding areas of Kent. If you are unable to attend in person, I also provide secure online counselling throughout the UK.
Do I offer online counselling?
Yes. I provide secure online counselling for adults throughout the UK using encrypted video platforms. Online therapy offers the same professional, confidential and supportive experience as face-to-face counselling, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
