A Personal and Ethical Approach
Unlike larger organisations, I offer a direct and collaborative approach. From your initial enquiry through to the delivery of services, you will work directly with me, providing continuity, flexibility and a professional relationship built on trust.
As a registered member of the BACP, I work within the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. This means I carefully consider professional boundaries, confidentiality and any potential conflicts of interest. Where an existing therapeutic, supervisory or other professional relationship could affect impartiality or create a conflict of interest, I will discuss this openly and, where appropriate, recommend referral to a suitably qualified independent practitioner. This helps ensure that everyone involved receives ethical, safe and impartial support.
Whether you require support for an individual employee, a team, or your wider organisation, I am happy to discuss your needs and explore how I may be able to help.
