Whether you are preparing for qualification or looking to enhance your existing practice, this course will provide practical knowledge, reflective learning and trauma-informed approaches that can be integrated into your everyday counselling work.Trauma is something many counsellors encounter in everyday practice, even when clients present with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief or low self-esteem. Understanding trauma is about more than learning theory—it's about recognising its impact and responding in ways that are safe, ethical and trauma-informed.
Designed for counsellors working within the CPCAB Service Level B framework, this workshop bridges the gap between trauma theory and contemporary counselling practice.
